What's up with iPad export?! When you click export to iPad it's the same dialog and settings as with Export for iPod. Don't confuse the two, they are different devices, you know! At least screenwise
I'm also experiencing hanging issues. All the torrents are stopped and 5 seconds after the launch applications stalls. Never happened to me before in previous stable version. I regret upgrading :( Waiting for the fix
- give it the ability to use it just in the menubar instead making it running in both menu menu bar and dock at the same time
- wtf? no growl?! Unacceptable.
- menu bar icon looks like a plain black rectangle, which attracts too much attention. If it is based on the funny looking dock icon - fine, but cut it out inside or make it less opaque.
- Maybe reduce it in size just a bit? It takes too much space to be honest. Also Twiteriffic's twit posting window (hud style) looks sexier than the default mac style window.
I tried iPhoto 09 today and it looks great. especially with new faces recognition feature and maps. However unless your camera or iphone has a GPS module, it'll be very hard to pinpoint the exact location of your photo, because you're only allowed to select from an autocomplete dropdown list of known locations. Smaller places are not on the list. Even when typed in a county name and google map appeared below, I was unable to move the marker to a desired location. what a shame.
I will have to agree with IGREG. Apart from iphoto, which is the default photo manager for my macbook pro I don't use any other iLife product.

The reason I'm asking this because I use my iphone for tethering with macbook pro and when I'm out we're not on any wireless network.
To sync I both devices together I need to temporarily create an weak, WEP secured, wifi network with macbook and then connect my iphone to it.
