Safe Eyes

I set a limit for 4 hrs per day.
It was working for few days.
In less tan a week, my kids found way to play online all day long
with out stopped by Safe Eyes.
I checked Safe Eye's Record, it is showing....

I sent customer service about this issue via-e-mail two time
but they do not return any answer.
