Flock

jsuplido reviewed on 01 Mar 2007
Flock is the all-in-one browsing solution for me. I use it for:

-del.icio.us
-Flickr
-blogging (Wordpress)
-RSS

Surprisingly, on a MacBook Pro 2.16GHz, Flock has become my fastest browser. All of my browsers (including Flock) load slow at first use. However, Flock's fast caching/loading speed is noticeably faster later on.

There are memory leaks but I've experienced this problem too in Safari, Firefox, Camino, and Opera.

Flock has replaced other separate apps that, if put together, would have much higher total resource use compared to just Flock running on its own.

Flock is not for everyone (as seen in this comments page) but I invite everyone to try it out and see if it, too, fits your needs. I'm staying with Flock and I can't wait to see where it goes as I only see it get better.

Props also go to the Flock Team for their phenomenal support!

Actiontastic

Awesome iCal syncing! Now Actiontastic is always in sync with my Treo and iCal.

This is by far, the best and nicest looking GTD app I've used.

Great job!

Wimic
Jsuplido commented on 23 Jun 2005
Wimic is the only comic strip "grabber" I use. There are so many out there and Wimic reduces all the clutter! Looks great too. Thanks!

A suggestion. Please advance the calendar setting. Our timezone is +10 (Guam, Sydney, Vladivostok). The current date here is still ghosted out in Wimic so I cannot view the local comic strips I've already put up. I will only be able to view these strips tomorrow. :)

Keep up the good work.

Cocktail

Jsuplido reviewed on 19 Apr 2005
When I switched in November 2003, one of the first applications I tried out and bought was Cocktail.

I've had no problems with it whatsoever.
