This is awesome! Of course, I applied my icons by hand, but will certainly use this app next time I want to change them, which will be soon. Though this app is simple it is very valuable.

I was going to ask how you got a stack to the left of the crosswalk, but then I realized it is the application icon.

The app is a nice idea in that it is smaller than iTunes in its full-blown window, but not when it is in mini mode. The problem is that the icon is misleading. If the program looked like the icon, small and compact, and also has some preferences the app would be great.
