In every aspect, this software is far better than Tuxera NTFS.
- It's above all much faster
- It's more reliable and easier to use
- Better features
- No error messages like -36 and no file write permission error which I have encountered with Tuxera NTFS
Looks nicer and sleeker than before and is much faster on MBP i7 than previous version.
But the size of the albums in list view is too small even when you choose large.
You can make a folder with the Office apps as aliases. It will do the same as this app, except it doesn't use any memory. You can paste an icon on the folder to make it look nicer.
The best thing for you to do is to create a bootable CD/DVD using CDMaker (with a template from the Internet) and use that with the off-line algorithms. That will work fine with your Leopard volume.
This control panel totally freaks out the mouse. I have to use it without any Logtiech control panel. It's a pitty because then you cant configure the different buttons.
Finder is constantly crashing since the 10.5.5 update. I have tried to install the combo update also but it doesn't solve the problem. When I check the Finder app in Core Services from my external drive it says Finder version 10.5.6. Is that the problem? I have replaced it with Finder 10.5.4 from my external drive but it doesn't help. Where is Finder 10.5.5???

Despite all claiming defrag-software isn't needed in Mac OS X, the software makes my Mac much snappier, especially the start-up.
