You will be able to use it without buying it,
but I strongly suggest you buy it and support development of new versions.

SSH tunneling does work. Currently you have to open the tunnel yourself, future versions will open the tunnel for you.

Why ?

Cause you do not have to start up iChat.app which uses a more megabytes of your system memory and still be online.

On Leopard iChat has this feature of automatically login me in, but not no Tiger.

If chicken would be faster, nobody would use JollysFastVNC for sure.

What is your setup and and your steps to make this reproduceable as I'm quite certain that JollysFastVNC is the FASTEST VNC CLIENT.

You no longer need that as said in the pmset man page.

I'm using it with an encrypted swap the whole time and did not have any problems.

If you have used my other program ( Hibernate.prefPane ) before - that might have set it to 7.

Which operating system are you using ?
