This version crashes shortly after launch with OSX 10.3.9. I get sound for a few seconds but no pic, then it crashes. I tried deleting the prefs and even re-installing.... with the same result.

For some reason aLunch 2.5.1 download from MacUpdate site crashes on launch with O SX 10.3.9 but doesn't crash downloaded from here > http://mactips-lib.net/m/software/alunch/en/main.html ... also after installing from the link , in the aLunch preferences when you click on the 'check for updates' button the software update window pops open and says "A new version is available!" "aLunch 2.5.1 is now available (you have 2.5.1 for mac OS X 10.3.9) Would you like to download it now?" If you click on 'install update', it will install the version that crashes. The link mentioned above is also includes in the aLunch preferences Software update window but I got 'error 404 not found'. The link must be broken because when I copy and pasted it to the browser I got there without a problem.

2.4 crashes upon launch w/OS 10.3.9

Since installing this update I now can no longer send mail in mail app. Now I just get an error message:
This message could not be delivered and will remain in your Outbox until it can be delivered.

The sender address .... was rejected by the server
