This program is kind of like Quicken for diets - it even has charts. As such, it's allows my inner geek to help keep me motivated and accountable. It's really a fantastic tool.

It's also really easy to keep track of what you're eating because it's database even includes prepackaged items like Southbeach Diet products and items from chain restaurants.
