I have never been able to launch the program at all. I have tried placing it (and different downloads of it over a year+) on various external USB hard drives and flash drives attached to different Macs and now, different versions of OS-X. But it will not launch.
I think the customer service at Keynesis has trouble with understanding written English. This makes emailing them time consuming and frustrating. They do not seem to understand the problem.
I have dealt with many customer service situations over the 20+ years I have worked on Macs. This situation is totally unique. A product that has never worked and the company that makes it very hard to work with.
UPDATE: My advice is to not purchase this product. It won't work on most external Mac USB drives without issues. You have to reformat your USB hard drive to FAT(MS-DOS) or exFat.
It will not work on drives formated for Mac OS Extended (any kind)!
This is the only Mac product I know of that does not work on a commonly formated Mac hard drive.
People do not usually look out for drive format compatibility when buying software (nor necessarily be familiar with this PC kind of stuff as a Mac user).
