Audio breaks up when using audio and video simultaneously. Tried numerous times - myself on a LAN/T1 and my friend on DSL. Both resulted in unsatisfactory drop outs and sudden changes to helium voice. Pretty good interface but rather cluttered. iVisit works better IMHO.
