Very useful. Works well on standard resolution (320 x 480) iPhone shots and on iPad shots in portrait or landscape. Doesn't work on double resolution (640 x 960) iPhone4 shots, but you can fix this by adding a 'Scale Images' action into the workflow before this one (scale to 480).

In the ideal world it would be great if it could trim 640 x 960 shots to either single resolution (320 x 460: for the AppStore) or double (640 x 920: for the iPhone4 device AppStore), but I'm still very grateful for it even without that.
