I did purchased upgrade, developer can not locate my email address ... even thou I have supplied all info as it came back to me from supplier him self ...

Momentarily I have no 14.95 nor the upgrade and my working version of GarageSale is gone due to this upgrade ...

Not happy !

I found this developer highly ARROGANT
(arároágant ¥ (adjective) Ð showing an offensive sense of superiority ...
(adj) characterized by or exhibiting self-importance ... )

I did contact him ( Developer of GarageSale ) a number times but he show his attitude in line with my previous experience dealing with him ... NO RESPONSE !

We are seriously looking in to possibility to exercise lawsuit against this developer on soil of Germany for punitive damage cost by this developer business practices ... luckily we have representation in Germany for this case.

Anyhow. The bottom line is, that we all should file complain to KAGI for their representation of this irresponsible software developer !

P.s. Till this moment I have NO my money back nor my upgrade !!!

I just test it and as “PURE” RAW processor this software in one simple word “ROCKS” !!!

OK, OK so I did pull a plug and spent those zillion $$$ on this app. Well for simple reason, there is nothing around today which can be so simply streamlined and to point as this application.

To say that, there is a problem with syncing Scheduled events to iPhone 3Gs at this moment, something which was forgotten in advertisement for this application ... I hope, that they will fix it asap., LOL, then this application will stay on my desktop 100%!

So my initial summary is, that it is not so bad as matter of fact it is not dad at all ... As I say, simple, to point and it is doing a good job in reminding me to pay my bills on time !

New version 5.5 will NOT deliver report. We went back to version 5.4 and no problem there. We have tested a number times and it seams too, that ver. 5.5 has some problem here.

Otherwise this application is really good.

First of all I must say, that I did found this program very useful !!! I to say that, I have to ad that it is so useful, that it is a part of my daily work-flow.... however on the other hand there are issues one of them very, very, very slllllloooooooow updates from Extensis as far as comparability with Canon 5D RAW format plus other issues....

It all seams to me, that Extensis do NOT met requirements of pro-users and I can say that since I am user of this software from "day one"..... my experience with Extensis is no good what so ever !!!
