No installer. Drag and drop install type app but their fonts should be installed separately so there is one more step.
Does not come with the latest Mac OS X features such as QuickLook, Spotlight, Lion's auto save, .... but not a big deal.
Does not run after the free trial period, while MathType still works in a simplified version.
