Miro doesn't like me - refuses to play more than 5% of my media library ... hard to get support for that problem, (latest OS and Miro).
Now I just noticed the cover-art folder Miro creates within user/library/app support/miro/cover-art has got 12.89GB of cover art (yes 12.89 gigabytes!). There is 58,727 images in that cover-art folder, most of them are repeated many, many times - I saw 5 or 6 cover art items in this folder repeated 62 times (then i stopped looking).
This still doesn't work on Snow Leopard. It hasn't ever worked on Snow Leopard ... Logitech's website list three things that "could" be the cause of the problem, I tried all three and still can't get it to recognise the USB connection.
I'm also totally perplexed as to why this remote, which connects via USB, has to be configured in System Preferences/Network panel !?!
As he says, it's a totally new version with a new, minimalist interface that took me a few minutes to figure out how to complete my first task, but it's as quick as ever. Where's that manual ... looks great, thanks.
Thanks for your response. I saw the link to the manual but I'm one of those who only goes there when totally lost :-) Couldn't you make the manual accessible from the Help menu when needed rather than going to the website to find a copy? Thanks very much for your wonderful app.
Why the heck must we have have a help page opening up with each install? I've been using this for years, how inconvenient ... and there's been plenty of these installs lately.
I'd prefer not to keep iKey in the Applications folder ... and it certainly doesn't need an installer.
The "iKey Preferences" menu item from the iKey menu has never worked for me, how about having a look at that.
Now that you've changed your name and website perhaps you can address the above issues?
I couldn't get the auto-update feature to go from v2.3.4 to v2.4 to work ... it download the update, then offered a message with "terminate" or "cancel" and it did just that "terminated" the upgrade process. I tried it a few times with same results so I had to do it manually ...

Pity, the feature set was appealing ...
