Telephone

i too don't know what to put for "domain." can you add some info so noobs like me know what to do to set this up? i'm new to everything -- mac, the net, voip -- so while i know what "voip" means (even what it stands for), i haven't a clue what to enter for "domain." nor how to get this integrated with some sort of voip provider.

the useful info would be:

1. what to get (and where) to make this work

2. a list of voip provider urls that work with Telephone

3. a way to contact dev if needed.

it looks great, and i see people like it. hopefully i can join them :D
