MenuMail

This little Menu item is unique and absolutely excellent. GrowlMail, Herald and myMailBoy need to run Mail.app in the background, MenuMail not. So in competition MenuMail preserves hardware resources and informs about incoming Mails at a glance. Thanks to the developer who is very responsive and will integrate some ideas in the upcoming updates.

Pear Note

I´m a Pear Note user since version 1 and love the ease of use, options and stability. The developer for years works continuously on making it better and better with every update. Tanks. Mentionable is that I never had to pay an upgrade fee since I bought it. My license code still works with version 3.

TapTap

I use TapTap for about three years now and it is a very essential tool in my workflow. Searching and launching files and applications is super easy with this stable helper that is always accessible. The new "Show Mouse Cursor" function is great. Thanks for it. I also own LaunchBar, played a little with Quicksilver and Alfred, but like TapTap more.

Stay

Stay and Moom besides are my choices to organize all my Finder and specific Application windows. Stay I think is the only Utility that stores and restores the individual defined position of different Application windows (for example the Main window and Equalizer window in iTunes) in just one step via Menu or Hotkey. I love it, because my wife and my son very often disarrange different Application windows. A killer feature is Stays option to restore windows as Applications are launched. Thanks to the Developer for this jewel.

Mad Daedalus

I enjoy LittleWing pinball games for Mac since Tristan came out many years ago. Mad Daedalus is very nice with realistic ball behaviour. I think programming such a complex application is not easy and so the value seems to be ok. Do you know better pinball games for a Mac?

Saldomat

Ich nutze Saldomat seit einigen Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Software. Nach einfacher Konfiguration kann ich nun schnell und problemlos die Kontostände meiner Girokonten abrufen, ohne meine Banking-Software starten zu müssen. Saldomat läuft sehr stabil. Der Support funktionierte tadellos, als ich Probleme bei der Einrichtung von Unterkonten hatte. Ideal wäre es, wenn auch noch die Abfrage von VISA-Tagegeldkonten möglich wäre, aber das ist wohl technisch nicht möglich, ohne die Homepage der Hausbank direkt über den Browser zu besuchen. Sehr gut funktioniert auch die Suchfunktion in Saldomat.
