I can't find any meaningful help documentation. I'd absolutely do my own troubleshooting, but there isn't any documentation available within which to troubleshoot. The Knowledge base has six items, all having to do with purchasing serial numbers, basically. I'm trying to find a user's guide, so I know what are the features and functionality. And what is the meaning of the colored bars to the left and right of the list in the left panel?

The product looks cool and I think it would be very helpful if I had a manual to use.

Sorry team - this could be the best product in the world but if I don't know how to use it or what it means, it is worthless.
