TextSpline

Harry Macbeth reviewed on 02 Jan 2012
Many thanks to the developer for this this little screensaver! I'm amusing myself watching an old band name lark about on my monitor right now. (Ahhh, such are the egotistic entertainments these days for us ex-rock 'n rolling seniors.)
Perhaps somewhere down the road there might be purchased shareware options for slowing down the travelling speed a bit; or, dare I ask for it, ...psychedelic rainbow text?

Fun Greetings

First rate little card printing app; and well-priced.
Fingers crossed that the developers include a money-holder template sometime soon!
Many thanks for another effective app that even us seniors can easily use, Ohanaware.

Folders Factory

Harry Macbeth reviewed on 09 Jun 2011
Quite nice! I made a few attractive folders fairly quickly. Perhaps Mr. George could add "Darken" as an adjustment to make the text/stamp standout a bit better at smaller sizes. And at some point - sliders for the rotation/vertical/horizontal placement?
In all a very good start; thank you, Mr. George

My apologies about the repositioning, Mr. George. This is what happens when seniors use new software - we sometimes miss the most obvious features.
Very useful and easy-to-use app. A great bargain, in fact. Thanks again.

ClickRepair

ClickRepair is the ace and deuce of noise removal software for the home vinyl transfer enthusiast. Anyone wishing to digitize LP recordings that would otherwise have no hope of being issued on CD need look no further than this excellent app.
Many thanks, Mr. Davies.

Desktoday

Harry Macbeth reviewed on 16 Apr 2011
I like this little app. What with dragging all sorts of images & text onto the desktop from Safari it gets jammed regularly. Desktoday clears things up a treat and labels the folder to boot.
Many thanks

SketchMee Pro

A remarkable piece of software. Besides images, I'm still finding new uses for the sketch effects - from design elements to text. Wonderful stuff.
Great work, Studio Mee!

Desktop Photoframe

Nice little app that fills in for my lost and lamented Konfabulator "Picture Frame" widget (while keeping Yahoo's intrusions off my drive).
Many thanks, Revolutionary Concepts!

I have a question. If I buy this app and later decide to trash it, will some jihadists end up murdering somebody?
Just so I know; you know?

Apple Safari
Harry Macbeth had trouble on 10 Jun 2010
Cosmopod was the culprit for my snags.
Luckily I had a copy of Chrome onboard to download the newest version of Cosmopod. Once that was installed, Safari 5 loaded up no sweat. Phew! Us old-timers can do without this sort of stress...
