I emailed the developer, Jay, about my disappointment that Brush Pilot does not have a print function. Since it has a print choice in the menu I thought it had a print function, even though the button is disabled. I emailed him because I thought I just couldn't figure out how to enable the print choice. When he emailed me back that there was no print function in version 1, I told him that I would not have bought it if I had known that and I requested that he add that information to his website so potential future customers could be more aware. In response, he sent me a very nice email apologizing for the confusion and he refunded my money - which I had not requested. I thought his response was really above and beyond what I expected and what he needed to do in the situation. I was really surprised and quite pleased and wanted you all to know how he supports his customer base.
