Still hasn't fixed an issue with Growl that puts a file in the trash each time you start OSX, even though the problem has been known for years and has been fixed, as stated by the dev.

Nope, we have to wait until he decides to release his next big upgrade to 5.3.

I can't tell you how much I wish I saw what people were saying about this program before I used it. This program WILL render your OSX install and most programs broken when removing language files. There was no list to protect system files, so in taking out the language files, it broke them.

Right after, programs started randomly crashing or not loading. This was when I did some research more into Monolingual. I knew right then and there my OSX would probably not restart, and lo and behold, it didn't. I had to pull out a backup hard drive and restore everything from there.

Again I can't stress this enough: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SOFTWARE! The couple hundred megabytes of you get back isn't worth completely hosing your system.

This is a heaven sent. I used to use the program Viou for creating custom folder icons, but it ceased to properly function in 10.6, and even after many e-mails to the author, he has not really done anything to fix it.

IconStiX is clean, loaded with features, and best of all, 64 bit native. More people deserve to find this program and use it.

THIS IS A REQUEST TO ANYONE WHO WORKS WITH FLASH:

While I was able to update the screensaver and installer to current standards, I do NOT have the ability to update the flash itself at all, nor have the knowledge to do so.

Because of that, if anyone would like to donate their time to work on a possible future version, please contact me!

Sorry guys. I originally uploaded an Intel-only version by mistake.

I have since updated the file to the correct Universal Binary, so it can be used by both PPC and Intel Macs!
