I wish I was as lucky as everyone else. For weeks, I've tried to get an update from Red Snapper to Web Snapper with absolutely no response. For whatever reason, I have to give them an "F" for customer service.

Situation was resolved with Tasty Apps - with ample explanation - they're good guys!

I wish I had as much luck as others. I've been trying to get a response for updating WiFind to Leopard for weeks now. Absolutely no response. Even though I have registered the software with TastyApps, I never get an update notice, so in my case, they rate an "F".
