I only searched for an Audio Player that could be configured using a different soundcard than configured in Preferences. During a party you are asked for a special song and nobody can remeber the details. So I need an application were you can listen to a song without interupting iTunes playing. This application delivers everthing additional needed for a party. Maybe someting is missing for proffesional DJs, but this application is free. The only concern I have is thatit takes a little bit long when you select a new track from iTunes.

Ovolab Phlink

I purchased Phlink 2.2.2. three months ago. The software is really good, but it was really unstable. Searching in Google shoed that also other users had simelar problems. They mainly had G5 systems. I purchased the latest revion of the Mac Mini G4. I contacted support and the replied also fast. I received a BETA version of Phlnk 3.0 and this solved my stabilty problems. Now I am awaiting a bug fixed version of Phlink 2. I can not use the 2.2.2 version.

Phlink 3.0 had some really good new features, but I do not need this features, therfor I need a bug fixed version ofor Phlink 2.2.2. Hopefiully I this will be released in the next few days than I can rate this soft/-hardware also 5 star :-)
