I was nagged to write a review by this widget... I will now delete it and no longer recommend it. I think it is my personal choice to decide whether to review a software application. I do not need to be mothered into it.

I have used Graphic Converter since day one. I marvel at the ease of use and yet, if I want to really get complex with layers and found inly in "the high priced spread" it is all here. Each update is amazing as to how much is added. I really think that one could major in GC in a University and still not really have a full grasp of all that it can do. There is a manual that teaches the basics. I'd like to see a more advanced - even third party - publication to guide us through the real tricks of GC. I want to thank the developer for offering such a great product and keeping it relevant as techniques and technology grow. Thanks, Hr. Lemke. Tschüs!

The app works as advertised and I like it but I do not like the update process... one word: sparkle

Is it that difficult to integrate?

I do have a suggestion - when you upgrade every few days - as it seems you are doing - redirecting me to your download - please donate page - is getting annoying. Most especially since I have donated.

Two things you can do - send a registration to those of us who have donated, so your update log shows that we have done so and we can update directly in the app. (try looking at Sparkle).

Secondly. there is no #2.

It is aggravating at the minimum to be directed to your download page every time, since there are ways to not have to do this. It also saves you bandwidth expense.

I think I would be more inclined to purchase this application if it actually worked in the rest of the world - you know - outside of the border of the USA; such as, the WIPO, EUPO, etc...

Lovely user interface but if I need to check a patent I want to be able to look at all of the IP registration bodies.

OK. I bought MailSteward within the free upgrade time limit (19 November 2009) and followed the directions to upgrade to 9.0 and did not receive an new license key.

Now I can only use the "free version" unless I want to pay for a new license.

There is no place to contact the developer on their website, so I am writing here, in hopes that they will solve the problem.
