As of 10.6, OSX has this feature built-in. But if you have an older version of OSX, this might be handy.

This is the best (and almost only) tool for playing with text the way pixel-benders and glitch musicians play with their media. If you want to create Dada poetry, space your poetry like E.E. Cummings, or put all those lame Lorem Ipsum copy-pasters to shame, this is the program to do that.
