I had a big long speech praising this application, but basically it's amazing, awesome, free, has a huge support community, tons of customization options, the list goes on and on.

the best bit is that there isn't a Windows app to rival it. Even trillian and gaim aren't as awesome as adium.

I like the browser, but my main question is: wtf? Mozilla was a good name. seamonkey is just kinda...not so good.

so, mozilla people: Keep updating the product, but stop changing the name so much. Firebird > Firefox, and Mozilla > SeaMonkey

MyTV/x Driver

Enron Fever had trouble on 12 Oct 2005

I'm sure i'm doing something wrong, but the audio is WAAAY screwy with this one. i've got a 733MHz G4 "Digital Audio" running 10.4.2 with mytv 3.6.1. the audio has a rather loud high-pitched screech and the actual voices and whatnot are all distorted. i have the tv playing in through the analog-in port on a m-audio revolution 7.1 pci card, and out via the card's digital audio (coaxial) port. i tried hooking up some speakers to the card's analog-out port and experience the same results. anybody got any ideas?
