If your looking for a Karaoke player on the Mac.... Sad to say that VirtualDJ is not cutting it. There is a major problem loading .zip files. After 2 days of looking in the VirtualDJ forums, I finally found out that VirtualDJ is unable to load my Karaoke library correctly. Apparently any folder hierarchy more than 2 deep will not be recognized by the program. There also seems to be a limit to how many files you can have in a folder. By the discussions it seems this program rocks with Windowz/Bootcamp on the Mac. Still... I'm a Mac user and did not want to do that at all. I'll stick with KJams for all my Karaoke needs.

I agree that Virtual DJ is great for DJ'ing. On the Window's version it also does Karaoke fairly OK. My review is a warning for all those Windows friendly folks that want to change over to the Mac and expect Virtual DJ to perform Karaoke as it does on Windows. If you are a KJ stay clear of the Mac version of this program! Since this is a Mac version I'm reviewing for, I stand by my review.
