Since I am a Mac user, need a statistics software to finish my Geocaching Profile. The inly alternative I found was in MS-Windows platform. So I needed to run it in Parallel environment in an Intel based Mac... but I don't have one at home.
GCStatistic 1.1 runs very nice in both, Intel and PPC Macs. In less than 15 minutes I downloaded, installed and began to use it. Actually, 15 minutes because I had to wait for the GPX file generated by Geocaching.com.
Only had one problem with Home Coordinates. I sent an email to MacDefender (author) and in less than 5 hours received the support. It was a little detail I forgot, to add a minus sign (-) in front of longitude coordinate.
After that, less than a minute, my statistics were loaded to GC homepage directly from the GCStatistic 1.1, without any special effort.
I want to give some ideas for future development: caches found classified by favorites, statistics for Caches placed by cacher. Also, maybe we can convince Geocaching.com to reports Travel Bugs info, and you can include TB' Statistics.
I recommend this software to my fellows Macintosh-User Geocachers.
