As with the previous reviews, its a great tool to keep track of your systems resources, cpu, hdd space/activity, network activity, etc

What i find invaluable is the CPU/network activity and the monitoring of temperature.

At one point the fan in my MBP was going ballistic (mind you i was rendering a movie in Final cut and took 20hrs to render), but i saw it was peaking at 104degrees Celsius.. so i flipped large frying down upside down and perched the MBP onto it and used it as a massive heat sink.. the temperature was stable at about 80ish degrees.. FAR better than 104degrees.. =)
