Basically, I used this program running tiger, which might be the reason it's so screwy. When it attempted to convert the Image files to text, it did an awful job. Would take me days to edit the final .srt file.

If you want to add .srt files to movies, just use FFMPEGX, the greatest video converting program for mac out there. It does an excellent job.
