Works well for me. I use it to defragment files in my large Aperture library. The performance improvement in Aperture is significant. The first time I ran it, my Aperture library load time went from well over a minute to less than 15 seconds. (Library is 55,000 images, 300G).

I knock it down one star on ease of use as I would like to be able to select multiple files in the file pane.
