Mail PDF with Entourage

Mail PDF with Entourage 1.0 works great with all Microsoft Office and Apple "office" applications, but does not work with Adobe CS Suite applications like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. It is still a multi-step process to email PDF files if you work and live outside the "Microsoft Office for Mac" or the standard "Apple Office" software arena. Too bad - this is a nice concept.
