Microsoft Expression

Just downloaded Microdoft Expressions to my Mac. Extracted the file, called EX3, place it in my Applications folder and tried to Open It:

Here's the message i received:
This applicationEX# must be placed inside the application folder.

I did that and it did not work - Help1
