Still and always a great application. It's been my go-to program for image display and slideshows for many years.

DF is one of those few apps that should be on the "Mount Rushmore Of Mac Utilities." Indispensable and iconic.

Well, it appears that the stars have been removed, and after nearly three months, still no ratings.

I've used this program since it was known as Mail Factory and have found it to be indispensable. The best app out there for doing what it promises and doing so flawlessly. Worth every penny.

FAF does exactly what it promises and does so better than any other app of its kind. Fast, accurate and endlessly useful.

How does this app have four and a half stars and not a single person has rated it? Priming the pump, MacUpdate?

Just upgraded to 3.9 via the MAS hoping that the Users Guide auto-launch problem (for those of us who choose to clear our web data when we quit Safari) would have been fixed. Nope. Either the development team has decided to put this problem at the very bottom of their priorities list or they've chosen to completely ignore the issue. Either way their silence is exasperating. Especially for those of us who discovered this software when it first debuted years ago, championed it, supported it, and have continued to do so for years.

Smart Scroll
Dgerzeeboy commented on 13 Aug 2011
I've used SmartScroll for years and come to rely on it for doing exactly what it claims, but while I was impatiently waiting for a Lion version of SmartScroll awhile back, I migrated over to using an Apple Trackpad to take advantage of Lion's new gestures feature, and discovered that SmartScroll was unnecessary. Trackpad scrolling is customizable and very smooth. I realize that a trackpad is not for everyone, and I still use my scroll wheel mouse about 1 percent of the time, but I've really grown to like it. A lot. Just something to think about.

I love this program and have for years, but right now, for me, it's a train wreck until they iron out the Safari 5.1 extension problem. They have certainly earned my patience about this situation, both for the hard-core excellence of the software and their peerless customer service. So I'll take the hobbled extension for now and wait for the good old 1Password to make its comeback.

What's still happening for me is the necessity to launch the 1Password app when I first open Safari 5.1 in order to get the extension to function. Without the app launch, when I first attempt to enter a password via the extension, I continue to get an "unlock" request (despite my having unchecked both "disable unlock" choices and checking the "never prompt for master password" option ) and an "unable to verify" red window after I enter my master password. Once I go back and launch the app, the extension works.
