Works very well for me for all my basic and common Git tasks (committing, pushing & pulling, branching). The UI is very polished, although I don't like the iOS style on OS X in general - but that's just my preference, I guess. No stability issues so far.
BTW, this application works fine with non-GitHub repositories.
How? You mean, how to use non-GitHub repositories?
You will need to create your local clone via the Terminal ("git clone "). After that, drop the newly created folder onto the drop area in the GitHub App, or create a new repository entry manually by clicking the "New Repository" button and choosing the path to the folder.
Current version is 2.7.1, downloadable from the developer's site at http://www.curioustimes.de/resources/iOS-Simulator-Cropper/iOS-Simulator-Cropper-v2.7.1.zip.
I also bought this application with the last MacHeist bundle, and it was actually one of the apps I really wanted to have.
This application is not working at all, sorry.
I have all the issues the reviewers below mentioned, e.g.:
- it doesn't track my system clipboard history, there is always only the last copied item in the list. Come on, this is the main functionality, this should really work!
- I can't register, or it forgets my registration info.
- I don't have a menu bar, dock or menu icon.
- Keyboard shortcuts don't work
- HotCorners don't work
I filed two tickets with their bug tracking system, describing my issues. After the second ticket the company contacted me and I sent them some console log messages. I've never heard from them again.
I am really sorry, since the approach seemed nice.
Some remarks:
- this is _not_ a native OS X UI. It's a HTML based application (using PHP) which tries to simulate the OS X look and feel.
- Pagico does not sync its contact list with the OS X contacts.
- you can view some timeline information also in iCal by subscribing to a published calendar.
- the german translations are horrible and unusable ("mehr lernen?", "Beziehungen" for contacts…). The date recognition seems to work only for english.
Not worth the money:
- slow (displays search results only after complete search has finished)
- ugly (which developers roll their own toolbar implementation these days? Certainly not Mac-like)
- missing hotkey support (space bar should be QuickLook)
