Anyone know what happened to Jeff and Dot Tunes? After a year off, I recently started using the program again (and I spent something like $80 on plug-ins over the years). However, cannot get it to work with Snow Leopard and the iPhone 3GS. The QuickTime playback doesn't work, whether on the iPhone or even on servers computer, hence it's useless/broke.

I'm just wondering why Dot-Tunes hasn't responded to my e-mail from last week, the on-line live help is down, the forums/blog seemingly have been taken down.

Did they go out of business?
