I connected my iphone for update after nearly a year of last update. I left it running and when I came back my iphone was newly installed. All pics and files are gone and now I have no phone numbers from contacts, no messages, nothing. All gone. Tried to restore from the backup but also does not do it completelly and still phone numbers are gone.
