This is only useful for batch conversions, if you just want to do a single file, you simply view it as text then copy it to textedit. You retain formatting and emoticons. If you want to you can save that as plain text. Still pretty useful though.

No WAY is this better than Safari. This thing crashed when i just wanted to look at the history, its too damn ugly for my tastes. It doesn't render as much text as Safari and its scrolling bites compared to Safari.
