Ugh. No matter which setting (I have "New windows open with: Empty Page") it keeps opening all of the old tabs.
Also, why, if I have 2 or more windows open—and I close one—the entire browser quits, closing multiple windows with multiple tabs. Again, this happens even if I set the "Closing last window only hides the window" preference.
Are these leftover bugs? I'm running 1.71, downloaded this morning.
I used Saft for quite a while, but I just couldn't take it becoming crippled after every minor Safari update. Glims has most of the features of Saft (perhaps more, though I haven't done a side-by-side comparison), and it's free. Give it a shot, and you won't have to worry about the Safari 5.0.1 patch bringing it to its knees.
Another Safari update....another error that Saft can't load because of the new version. Can there be any way around this for future versions of Saft? A simple x.x.1 update of Safari can't be that major that Saft can't operate, can it? *Should* it?
Both this and the previous rc build exhibit the same bug: when trying to open a VIDEO_TS folder (from a ripped DVD disk image), the "Browse" button is grayed out. I reinstalled 0.9.9, and it works like it always did.

Constant freezes/crashes/unrecoverable errors have made this unplayable. Thank God for Time Machine backups!
