I like TW and use it for basically two things- HTML and Lilypond files. The UI changes are OK, I'm not really qualified to discuss the under the hood changes except for...

I use TW to edit and compile Lilypond files, but 4.0 breaks those scripts (found here, I don't have the skills to write them: http://users.dimi.uniud.it/~nicola.vitacolonna/home/content/lilypond-textwrangler)

Unfortunately I have no idea why or how to fix it...
