Playback
I downloaded and paid for playback the other day and for some reason my serial won't work when I go to add file. Am I right in thinking the text file receipt is the correct file or have I just not received my serial yet? It's been a week!!
I emailed Kugi who have forwarded my email on twice. I have a code and everything.
Please help.
