I have used the demo version, it is very well written and more useful than iCal (I like the inline 5-day weather it populates in the caledar. Very handy)
But I strongly disagree with the price point: $49 is far too steep an entry point, and is a serious impediment to my purchase. I'd pay $49 for BusyCal AND BusyToDo if they were bundled, but not so much for just one app.
I give up. Clearly, the developer has no intention of updating to version 4. Nearly 2 years for an update? C'mon. Not even a HINT of when?? (say something like 'Late Summer' or 'Early Fall 2010')
Yes, I give up. I'd like a refund too. It's time to get small developers like this out of the gene pool, so they don't give other small developers who are great a BAD name.
WhoPaste is extremely promising, and given how stunningly responsive the developer is at support, I can heartily recommend you try it out. At the rate the updates are coming, it's going to be a great little gem app, and one I won't be able to live without. It's especially useful for getting contact forms (form mail) into various database apps, like Address Book and Daylite. I'm a WhoPaster, how about you? (I have no affiliation with the company. I just like it when the developer gives me almost same-day replies to support issues)
Very nice app! Agree that Hotkey (keyboard) access would make it even better. I have encountered Two problems: I can't access the Preferences. I click the menu item and select Preferences, and nothing happens. Same situation with the Help. Nothing appears in either case.
