I bought this program awhile ago and thought it was somewhat useful as a free-writing program, though I think there are several far superior outliner/writing/planning programs available such as OmniOutliner which can more gracefully do everything this program can do plus many additional things MeshWrite cannot do.
The main problem now is that it appears the developer has gone out-of-business and the program is no longer supported. The developer's website, along with all the online program documentation, vanished a few months ago without a trace. I've done several online searches and there is no further contact information available. So, apparently MeshWrite is now a dead program.
Safari Cookies is easy to use and makes managing cookies simple. The developer also puts out frequent updates.
Unfortunately, the product is NOT stable. I have installed Safari Cookies numerous times, and after awhile (usually a few days at most), every different version I have ever installed literally disappears. I have installed new updates and they last for awhile, and then they simply disappear. When I say disappear, I mean just that: It's as if the program had been un-installed from my computer.
I have never had problems with the installation or running the program. But, I can't recommend a program which manages to vanish from my computer.
This is the most bizarre program quirk I have ever experienced, and I have never had it happen with any other program I have installed on my Mac. I am not sure what is going on, but I have never been able to figure it out.
This product has very poor support of updates and doesn't work at all with Apple's OSX 10.62. Over three months after OSX 10.62 was released, the developers have still not issued a compatibility update. I guess their customers don't matter much to them after they buy their product.
The product also didn't work with Snow Leopard when it first came out, and the developers thought it was fine to go about two months before releasing a compatibility update, so now I guess they are trying for a four month gap (or who knows, perhaps longer?)
When the product was working, it did create a noticeable if fairly mediocre surround sound effect. However, I understand that without an advanced surround sound speaker system there is only so much that software alone can do--although $40 is a bit high for what it does. Nonetheless, if you run an older version of OSX (at least 10.51 but not 10.62) or own a PC, I suppose this may be a product for you to try out. But, don't expect good customer support.
