What an epic fail. Such a nice freeware notification went MASware only. None of these applications which migrated to MAS I'm using any longer. Would donate a few bucks to the developer if the notification was still available within his website, but MAS is no no for me and a lot of other users of MacUpdate.
Feel sad about Apple using the right direction in Mac OS X development and too many developers following them to hell :(
A nice and great player for those of us who don't believe that their music is iTunes ;-)
I find it so feature complete and smoothly working that I do not see any reason to ask for any updates of this piece of software.
Happy to see a new build of my favorite music player. Would be happy to have option to select the old VOX skin, as I do not like the new one that much.
Keep the good work!
Nothing to say but the best and the most extensible browser available yet.
However I am a bit nervous about their latest version numbers changes. I was very happy with the UNIX way of version numbering. Hope that they will find out that the Chrome way of numbering versions is a joke and will get back to good old numbering as seen for years with Netscape/Mozilla/Firefox browsers which are all one browser.
Easy to use, future-complete, stable browser. In fact the oldest still developed project is Opera :) I always had a soft spot in my heart for Opera browser. 5 of 5.
Heavily stripped from features web browser. Some generic features like advanced cookie management, possibility to load plugins on demand, per-site preferences are missing.
Addons system is very limited, nothing to compare with Firefox add-ons.
All browser just had the option to automatically reopen tabs from last session on browser restart. Apple had to introduce this just with version 5.1 of their browser.
Safari 5.1 is a memory black hole - with only two tabs open it's eating 700MB of precious memory :(
There are so many better browsers floating around, that I do not get it how a browser like this one could get such a high rating.
Very expensive upgrades from version 3 to version 4. Just switched to Cyberduck and made a donation to the project. Never expected to $34 for Transmit3 and then they still want some $20 for the upgrade. Are you mentally ok dear developers?
C'est top la Fraise. Une appli excellente que j'utilise chaque jour pour mettre à jour tous mes sites. Elle a correction de syntaxe et elle est très simple et n'exige pas trop de mémoire RAM pour fonctionner rapidement ;)
