Well worth the sale price. I got it mostly so that making animated GIFs would be easier, and it does this well. However, there doesn't appear to be any way to set delay time for each individual frame and the "preview" should loop if you set loop to on.

This version (18.0.1025.56) doesn't work for YouTube videos. I can hear audio but the video portion is just a white space. The new version of Chromium or older versions of Chrome work fine.

The problem appears to have been fixed with the new beta: 18.0.1025.58.

I've been using this app for a couple months now and have liked it; simple and more than adequate features. Suddenly, beginning yesterday, it quit forming image files, although it says it is. I can still have it capture to the clipboard and use GraphicConverter to open and save it. I'd trash the preference file if I knew what it's called.

When using Chrome to save a JPEG file, why does it insist that the extension .jpeg is somehow superior to .jpg? If you drag an image to the desktop from a website, it will CHANGE the extension to .jpeg even if the original is .jpg. And if you attempt to name a file with the .jpg extension during a "save as," Chrome pops up a warning, claiming .jpeg is "standard."

Then maybe you should say that on your site, instead of saying it's "commercial."

I've owned GraphicConverter since it was first published and still use it daily. My only caveat is how it handles the creation of animated GIFs. I can find nothing in any of the documentation on how to do this, and thought I've been able to figure out most of it, an article would sure help. Also, why does GC seem to screw up some of the frames...even when playing an already existent, perfectly okay animated GIF?
