I can't speak to this product's effectiveness, but Easeus is a reputable developer that makes a well-regarded partition manager and other apps for Windows. It'll be slightly interesting to see how well they do with Mac apps.
If you're interested in Rightsizer, please try its replacement, Quickstyle, instead. Quickstyle does everything Rightsizer does, and it adds the ability to add arbitrary CSS rules to any page.
