I'm totally dissapointed with this software and it's not fair the cheap price for it makes me think I couldn't have asked for more quality because no matter what it should work , if not why are they selling it!
My first bug was the ticket printing , which I managed to solve all by myself because the technical support you pay for is completely absurd. They won't solve your problems or they won't answer, there are no forums of users which would help, there are no phones to call a customer service, your support is someone's gmail account, how professional is that??
The pros seems to be a lot , it is really easy to use , has all the features anyone could want and it's pretty. But this morning I opened my software to find my inventory of 500 items I already saved with pics and everything is missing and that is enough reason for me to not recommend anyone to buy it, I'm changing my POS right now, I can't afford waiting for an answer and I can't even dream for a refund, I wonder if they ever going to answer my first issues at all.
