Great add-on. One has to tinker with it for a while and figure out how to optimize the sensitivity and other options, but definitely some workflow optimizations to be had.

Firefox beta 5 had rendering problems for me, even with all extensions turned off. This article says this is a widespread problem with beta 5 for the mac http://www.conceivablytech.com/2655/products/more-firefox-4-feature-freeze-delays/
