Twitter Trends

Actually, I /loved/ this product, though I wasn't expecting to. I'm not much one for dashboard widgets, either. Twitter Trends installs in a jiffy and is a joy to use. Just click and you get taken to the Twitter search page.

One thing that would improve the program is recognition that some trend topics are identical to each other, e.g. "jan moir" and "#janmoir".

This little guy does the Twitter thing simply and well. I love the ticker-style display and smooth handling of multiple accounts. The conversation threading is impressive as well.

Twitter Tools

Twitter Tools was a lifesaver for me. I've been trying to use a bunch of WordPress plugins to accomplish the same tasks--with a lot of frustration and not much success. Twitter Tools will solve a lot of problems if you are a serious blogger and Twitter user.
