It works. It really works. My iMac feels new again. Before I tried this, I was considering a reinstall of Lion. I'm shocked at how much more responsive my computer is. Shocked. Thank you Dev.
Well, I'm down to only one mac again, but I stumbled across news that the author has got it working on Leopard (yay!). The new version still needs testing on Tiger though - any guinea pigs?
Well, I welcome the new changes, but so far, have been unsuccessful at converting anything to an AppleTV compatible format. Program crashes less than a quarter of the way in.
I just started using it a few days ago, and it's already become one of the most common pieces of software I use. I've played with AutoCAD in the past, but am by no means an expert, so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to master SketchUp - while I'm not yet a master, I've already mocked up my living room (we're shopping for furniture), and I can't wait to try my hand at some exterior landscaping designs.
Only if you have an iPhone/iTouch synced with iTunes, unless this has changed recently (a quick check in Address Book's preferences still only gives me MobileMe, Exchange or Yahoo as syncing options).
No chance of adding subtitle support (to this or the mpv4decoder) is there? Perian is delaying their release until December, so other options would be nice...
I'd love to know what features BitSticks has, or being planned. I realize this is a very low resource client, and so I don't expect much, it'd still be nice to know.
Link seems to be broken. Checking out the directory contents after following the 'more information' link yields a file named cw10.zip.old. Is this safe to use, or is there a correct download listed somewhere else?
Anyone else having trouble with this under Leopard? Since I've upgraded, I am unable to change cities (always get 'no locations found'). Erasing the plist file didn't help.

I wouldn't recommend using these in a production environment as they're not final, but it certainly appears as though they are continuing development.
If you're looking for an aqua build, just make sure you grab a file without X11 in the title.

In any case, great work (encoders too)!
