Bought it (v3.0.4) on MAS. Nice interface but constantantly using at least 12% CPU on my MacBook Pro. That's too much to let in run in background. And running it every once in a while is unsatisfying too. So it's a waste of money.
When I synchronize BusyCal with a CommuniGate CalDAV server all CalDAV calenders have the same gray color whereas in iCal they are customizable and different.
To me, that's a severe usability limitation.
The answer of BusyCal support: "Sorry, we don't know why Communigate won't accept calendar color changes from BusyCal. We have only tested BusyCal with iCal Server and can't guarantee that it works with other CalDAV servers."
Usually an update is about halt the price of a new version. Now, they lower the price to bring new customers to AppStore and paying fees to Apple and as an old customer I should compensate for this?

Since a reader is to *read* a book I would expect it to support this function to be pleasant in the first place.
OK, you can change the font its size and color.
But: No search, no bookmark, no annotation and no adjusting of the leading so often lines are set too tight.
I don't see no big advantage compared to a free reader (Kitabu).

Sorry, giving stars without an explicit review is confusing, I admit.
To clarify: The given stars are independet from my "comment" about the price.
I think of BBEdit (v9) as a decent editor. But for what reason whatsoever I recently use TextMate more often.
